ShireiNU: Northwestern's Jewish A Cappella Group

I want to get in this...these guys are good." - WGN Radio's Jonathon Brandmeier
Joining ShireiNU was the single greatest decision I've made since coming to Northwestern" - Avery Stone Fish, Class of 2016
When you support ShireiNU, you're not just supporting a cd, you're not just supporting a few students. You're supporting Jewish life at Northwestern, you're supporting the expression of Jewish life and culture and identity and you are helping to enrich the Jewish future" - Michael Simon, Executive Director, Fiedler Hillel

ShireiNU is Northwestern University's premier Jewish a cappella group and a Fiedler Hillel student group. We've been singing around campus and the Chicagoland community for nearly four years.  The Hebrew word "shireinu" means "our songs," but with creative capitalization, ShireiNU means "songs of NU." We consist of Jewish and non-Jewish members alike, and we love sharing music and Jewish culture with each other and our community.

Psst...we're an equal opportunity group, so you don't have to be Jewish to join!
